Online purchases are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days from the ship date.

All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. Exchange item/s can be issued through our chat box, just send us a message with the exchange items of your choice. Refunds will be issued once item/s has been returned. Recipient will be responsible for shipping and handling fees per courier. Please allow 7-10 business days for you to received your refund.
All sales of jewelry, handbags (accessories) and items marked on sale are final.
Final sale items cannot be returned for exchange or credit .
